It is survey time. We need to hear from you. The latest survey went out with the October newsletter. Please make sure to answer the questions and return to ECHO.
Covid-19 forced us to close all our activities to participants but staff continued to work to support our members. They found ways to stay in touch and make safe contact by phone or sending out activity packs. Some projects set up online meetings and worked together via a computer. It was different for everyone and it took time to work out the best way to do things safely.
ECHO was closed from March to July because of Covid-19. Mike and the Rep Group would like to know what ECHO participants think about the support they had from ECHO whilst everyone was at home in lock-down and now we are open again.
Your answers will let us know if we are doing things well and where we need to work harder to improve our services. Thank you for helping.
