Are you a family carer? A carer is a person of any age who provides unpaid care and support to a family member, friend or neighbour who is disabled, has an illness or long-term condition, or who needs extra help as they grow older.
ECHO’s family/carer support group meets next week. There is the Leominster group on Monday 3rd February, meeting at 4 Buttercross Arcade, at 10am and then the Hereford group on Wednesday 5th, 12.30pm at Belmont Community.
