If you support someone who needs a bit of motivation to stay fit this could be the ideal day to try something new. All the activities will be as accessible as we can make them but if you have any questions do get in touch. We want to support as many people as we can to lead a healthier lifestyle.
The event is always very popular and this year we are delighted to include Herefordshire Special Olympics which means some of the events are competitive and you could win a medal.
We are also delighted to announce Worcester Warriors will be running the rugby session.
This is a joint event run in partnership with 2gether trust, Affinity Trust, Aspire, Herefordshire Mencap and ECHO. Halo Leisure are hosting the event.
Venue: Halo Leisure Centre, Holmer Road HR4 9UD
Volunteers are needed as games makers to enable everyone to join in, please contact the ECHO office or one of the organisers if you would like to help on the day.
