Herefordshire Council are looking ahead and need your views about adult day services.
This is your chance to help shape adult day services for the future by telling them what’s good, bad or needs improving.
ECHO staff will be helping all those who access our services to complete one of the survey forms. If you support someone please do the same. Helping someone speak up could make a real difference to the services available in the future.
By filling in and returning a form you will help the Council decide how to spend the money they have. This is what they want
“We want to find out the best way to;
- Have more things to find out what new things you want to do and learn
- Find out if you want a job and to earn money?
- Make sure there are great things to do for all ages
The council wants to make sure it uses money well and buys the right things to meet your needs.
We will take your answers to these questions and use these to make changes in the future.”
